Sweet n Sour Chicken

3 lbs. chicken breast
1/2 cup corn starch
1/2 cup flour
3 beaten eggs

Dip chicken in eggs, then flour mixture. Fry until brown.

Make sauce: ( I usually double this recipe)

1/2 cup vinegar
3/4 cup sugar
1 T. soy sauce
1/4 cup chicken broth
4 T. ketchup
Dash of salt & pepper

Heat sauce until sugar dissolves. Put chicken in oblong pan in a single
layer. Pour sauce over chicken. Bake for 45 min. @350 degrees.
