2 cups flour 2 teaspoons garlic salt
2 teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon paprika ½ teaspoon basil
3 teaspoons meat tenderizer ½ teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon ginger 1 cup milk
1 teaspoon celery salt 1 egg
1 teaspoon dry mustard 1 teaspoon salt
Dip chicken in liquid then roll in mix. Deep fry slowly or bake at 350 for 1 hour.
