Sweet Rolls

3-1/2 cups water
2 TBSP Yeast
1/2 cup powdered milk
3 eggs
1 TBSP salt
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup oil
12 cups flour

Mix ingredients in ordered specified. Let raise, then roll out dough. Top with butter, cinnamon, and brown and white sugar. Roll dough up, then slice. Place cinnamon rolls on greased pans, bake at 350 for around 30 minutes until lightly brown.

Frosting:
1/2 cup butter
2-8 ounce packages cream cheese
TBSP vanilla
1 lb powdered sugar

Mix with beaters. This is just an approximation...go based on your taste. It makes a lot of frosting, so this makes for really well-frosted rolls.
